About Mark Royall

Mark is a seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in land acquisition, farm management, and investment strategy. Throughout his career, Mark has led the identification, negotiation, and execution of more than $400 million in farmland transactions across the United States, with a focus on the Southeast, Midwest, and Delta regions.

Mark brings a unique blend of operational insight and institutional discipline to his work, having served in senior roles at leading firms such as Manulife Investment Management (Hancock Natural Resource Group), BP North America, and Vayda. He has deep expertise in both row and permanent crop investments, and his work spans the entire transaction lifecycle - from asset selection and due diligence to budgeting, underwriting, and post-close transition into active portfolios.​

Mark holds the designation of Accredited Farm Manager from the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida. Known for his collaborative approach and fiduciary mindset, Mark is dedicated to aligning institutional capital, landowners, and farm operators around the creation of sustainable, long-term value.
